For early departure ore late arrival we are urged to charge 90 % of the price.
Usual the directions of the Austrian hotelregulations are valid except the
special arrangements. On the day of arrival your room is available at 2 o’clock
p.m. On the day of departure we request you to leave the room till 10 o’clock
a.m. After our agree for the reservation we ask for a deposit of E 150,– per
room, we confi rm immediatly. With the arrival of your deposit the reservation
is obligatory. If you reverse the stay after 30 days before your holiday starts,
the deposit becomes decayed as reverse-fee.
