For early departure or late arrival we are urged to charge 90 % of the price. Usual the directions of the Austrian hotelregulations are valid except the special arrangements. On the day of arrival your room is available at 2 o’clock p.m. On the day of departure we request you to leave the room till 10 o’clock a.m. After our agree for the reservation we ask for a deposit of E 150,– per room, we confirm immediatly. With the arrival of your deposit the reservation is obligatory. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your holiday starts, the deposit is forfeited.
